Paula Zimmerman is a British artist who paints portraits of animals, primarily dogs and occasionally cats.  She has an uncanny ability to see in her subjects no doubt what their owners also see and it’s this “personalizing” that makes them so endearing.  Zimmerman is the 'go to’ artist for portraits of other people’s animals and commissioned portraits of your own:  her technical skills are sublime, as is her sense of color and pattern, plus she has a sense of humor.
